December marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Scunthorpe as Imaginarium 1876 opens its doors in the Elizabeth Quarter building.

Soft Opening

Imaginarium 1876 began its soft opening on Wednesday 3 December, focusing on daytime service throughout the festive period. This allows the team to settle into the brand-new space, refine the kitchen and service flow, and make sure every detail meets the standard guests already love at the Barton venue.

During this soft-launch phase, the venue will offer a chic bistro and café-style daytime menu, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

You can expect a selection of fresh, in-house dishes including:

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

Full Launch Evenings Coming Soon

After the December settling-in period, Imaginarium 1876 will move to its full official opening, introducing evening dining and the complete restaurant experience.

By day, the venue remains a stylish, relaxed bistro. By night, it transforms into a warm, vibrant restaurant ideal for dinners with family, celebrations with friends or an atmospheric evening out in the heart of Scunthorpe.
